DYE SIZE is installed at 1,200*2,400 M/M for possible processing of medium to large structuring.
11 production facilities have been installed for systematic line production,
and with QDC system that optimizes molding cut time, we have been able to realize cost innovation.

Our press processing technology is so excellent in press precision that
thin plates of 0.4T are possible, and as for large production, we have installations that enable production of products with width 1,200M/M by using automatic transfer system.
It is possible for Presco to design and produce molds, and as for mold trouble parts,
we take rapid responses so that production doesn’t fail, through cooperation with subcontractors.
